Detailed Description of Work Task to Be Carried Out

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading Scrum team in SAFe setup
• Organizing and driving Sprint ceremonies
• Assisting Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
• Working to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
• Supporting Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence

Description of Knowledge and Experience

Candidate should have:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with distributed global teams
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe setup
• Good understanding of the Agile mindset and values
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of iterative and incremental development
• Knowledge of fundamentals of software development
