responsibilities :
Lead a Scrum team within a SAFe environment
Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
Work diligently to maximize team productivity and eliminate impediments to achieving Sprint goals
Provide guidance and support for team members in using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Kendis and Confluence
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years in a SAFe setup
Proven experience working with distributed global teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
A deep understanding of the Agile mindset, values, and principles
Strong knowledge of iterative and incremental development practices
Familiarity with software development processes and procedures
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Expertise in SAFe methodologies
