As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Agile development teams stay on track, excel in their processes, and deliver a world-class customer loyalty platform. Your leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills will be vital to helping the team achieve its goals and uphold the principles of Scrum.

Your tasks

  • Guide teams and the organization on leveraging Agile/Scrum practices and values to create exceptional customer experiences
  • Help development teams achieve higher levels of self-organization and maturity, at a sustainable pace
  • Support and educate the Product Owner on refining and maintaining the product backlog
  • Provide support to the team using a servant leadership approach and lead by example
  • Drive process improvements and encourage innovation in delivery practices
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Identify and remove impediments, or guide the team to resolve them effectively
  • Help ensure the team maintains high quality in both processes and deliverables
  • Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while protecting the team’s Agile working environment

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and values, with the ability to foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence for managing sprints, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation
  • Proven skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing team transparency
  • Familiarity with well-documented patterns and techniques, such as Burndown/Burnup charts, various Retrospective formats, and bug-handling approaches
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Fluent in both English and Polish
  • Residing in Poland required 

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or experience working in a scaled Agile environment
