We’re looking for a Business Scrum Master to join our clients team! You will support Commercial, CX, and Acquisition & Retention Product teams across Europe.
It’s a business-facing position (not a technical SM role), requiring strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to maintain calm and clarity when working with senior leadership.
Part-time (1/2 FTE)
100% remote (from Poland)
Start: January, 2026
responsibilities :
Support the Commercial team in daily operations, helping them work efficiently and deliver value.
Act as a trusted coach for Product Owners and cross-functional teams, promoting Agile principles and new ways of working.
Facilitate retrospectives and workshops to boost team morale, surface challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage risks, refine product backlogs, and support business-driven prioritization.
Help standardize communication, share best practices, and contribute to team maturity metrics.
requirements-expected :
At least 3-4 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a business or product environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or scaling practices such as SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
Proven ability to coach teams at different maturity levels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with senior management.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for improving processes and results.
Fluent English - at least C1.
