Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

1. Supporting and enabling the team to improve performance and increase productivity in their everyday work by defining and providing the right tools.
2. Ensuring the team understands the development strategy and key concepts applied in the project organization.
3. Assuring the team follows the processes being applied in the project/organization.
4. Defining how to measure quality towards the KPIs.
5. Supporting the planning and execution of project audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.

Qualifications:

You should know/have:

1. Agile development principles.
2. Experience with Scrum.
3. 5+ years of professional experience and deep knowledge of quality standards (i.e. ASPICE).
4. Experience with scaling agile development into larger organizations.
