• This role involves taking on Scrum Master responsibilities in a cross-functional team, focusing on the development of IoT products. The position requires facilitating Scrum events, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement within the team and organization.

• Taking on Scrum Master responsibilities in a motivated cross-functional team located in our German and Polish offices
• Working in a scaled environment for the development of IoT products and driving peak performance in terms of skills, trust, and success
• Support of the self-organized software development team, facilitating all Scrum events and ensuring that they are positive, productive, and kept within their timeframe
• Planning and moderating meetings and workshops
• Successful collaboration with Product Owners as well as stakeholders from other departments
• Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in your area, continuous improvement within the team and at the organizational level will be driven

• Experience in executing agile methodologies/frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
• High degree of independence, empathy, and communication skills
• Willingness to establishing processes, finding creative solutions to improve collaboration and products
• Acting calmly and confidently in conflict situations
• Basic knowledge of software development and being interested in IoT/heating technology/smart home applications
• Identifying with the agile values of openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment
• Fluent English
