requirements-expected :

Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Experience in managing highly complex projects to grant their delivery on time
Scrum master/Agile certification is a must
Highly developed communication, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and coaching skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Fluent in English, written and spoken
SAFe certification / experience will be a plus
Experience in the Finance industry will be a plus
Openness to work in hybrid work mode with visits in the Katowice office
