Department/Team: Project, Portfolio & Knowledge
Reporting: Team Lead (Agile) Project Management
Act as a coach, guiding and mentoring delivery teams and Product Owners in Scrum principles and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
Identify and resolve obstacles or impediments that hinder the teams progress, enabling a smooth flow of work and maximizing value delivery
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across stakeholders, promoting communication, transparency and continous improvement
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in Scrum Master role
Fluent English
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or a related field is advantageous
Relevant certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CMS), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing Scrum principles and Agile methodologies
Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide and motivate teams, facilitating their growth and development
Ability to identify and resolve impediments or challenges hindering team productivity and value delivery
