• We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic and global organization. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen our group of Scrum Masters, driving change management and actively contributing to the implementation and improvement of our agile ways of working within a world-leading, high-growth MedTech company.
• Your role as our new colleague in Group IT will be tasked with supporting the 3 cross-border teams that develop high-level solutions for our customers on our websites – from purchasing the product and managing the subscription to the after-sales web-based support.

• Working with 3 development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Coaching and mentoring the team members on agile practices, ensuring a deep understanding and adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Guiding the teams to continue working as self-organized teams, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying and removing any obstacles that may impact the teams progress.
• Planning and coordinating testing and deployment activities across the teams.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Release Manager, Project Managers, and other business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective prioritization of work.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within teams and across the department.
• Fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust within the development teams and across the organization.
• Staying an active member of Scrum Master’s community within the department and across the organization.

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master for multiple agile development teams in a fast-paced, remote setup across different countries (experience with eCommerce, subscriptions management, or web development teams would be an advantage)
• Certification (CSM, PSM).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Scrum & SAFe, and other agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in facilitating meetings across all levels of the organization, with the use of various digital tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, observe and react to team dynamics, and resolve conflicts in a multicultural environment
• Ability to support the teams in transformation and change with proficiency and a positive approach.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
