We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to support and guide Agile teams in a dynamic, multi-team environment.
responsibilities :
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams, ensuring high team engagement and collaboration.
Actively support cross-team coordination and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress by working across teams and departments.
Coach team members in SAFe 6.0 practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Support Product Owners in effective backlog management to maximize product value.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of Agile practices within the organization.
Monitor and manage project risks, adapting plans when necessary and ensuring minimal impact on product development.
Facilitate effective communication, foster collaboration, and resolve team conflicts when needed.
Practice servant leadership, focusing on enabling team performance and removing blockers.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least:
2 years in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
1 year in IT projects within the manufacturing domain
At least one first-level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP)
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro
Experience with Kanban, Design Thinking, Agile metrics and facilitation techniques
Advanced facilitation and coaching skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Resilience and adaptability in complex, multi-team environments
Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
