Scrum Master (part-time) to support the development of a modern data platform built on streaming technologies.
You’ll be working with a small, senior team of data engineers and a solution architect on a platform built around Kafka and Databricks.
- Part-time engagement (16–24 hours per week)
- Remote work (from Poland) + occasional visits in Poznań office
responsibilities :
Lead Agile ceremonies tailored to a technical, self-organizing team
Identify and remove blockers across infrastructure, cloud, and cross-team dependencies
Support modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows (e.g. Copilot)
Balance priorities between new platform development and legacy system maintenance
Monitor and improve delivery metrics (e.g. cycle time, throughput, deployment frequency)
Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and functions
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement
requirements-expected :
3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach working with technical teams (data, infrastructure, backend)
Strong, hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum with the ability to adapt frameworks to the team and context
Working familiarity with tools and concepts such as Kafka, Databricks, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (no coding required)
Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Experience managing or supporting parallel streams of work (e.g. legacy systems alongside new platform development)
Very good English (B2+)
