The Scrum Master will be responsible for using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver key campaigns in Marketing Calendar (i.e., campaigns like product launches, brand campaigns or loyalty program). He/she needs to ensure all stakeholders are interacting & collaborating in a meaningful way. Specifically, the role will be responsible planning, coordinating with various teams & agencies, managing teamwork, goal alignment & delivering work in due deadlines.
responsibilities :
Coach and drive agile principles and ways of working into the cross-functional marketing & integrated agency team for delivering the entire annual marketing calendar
Establish agile ceremonies and sprint plan to define, monitoring & track progress to ensure delivery of all marketing campaigns
Work with market and channel leads on the overall Marketing strategic objectives and support them to layout the entire plan in backlog, breaking them down into small achievable goals for each Sprint
Facilitate communication and ensure collaboration between stakeholders and agencies and remove roadblocks that may impact the delivery
Identify the key dependencies and coach cross-functional team members to remove impediments (e.g., logistical challenges, agency dependencies) to ensure they are communicated and resolved so it doesn’t impact the overall timelines
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear
Lead and prepare meetings: Client’s Way / agile marketing ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Review, Retrospectives, Demo session), periodic meetings with core working groups, periodic meetings with global teams
requirements-expected :
University degree in a related field (e.g., Digital, Business, Marketing)
Desired 3-5 years background in Marketing (e.g., CRM, Media, Digital, CX, Analytics), or experience in Project Management for Marketing teams
Keenness to quickly upskill on agile methodology, values, and principles
Understanding of marketing foundation & entire campaign launch process across different channel (e.g., CRM, Media, Digital)
Understanding / Experience of agile scrum process
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Confluence, etc)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
Proven success in influencing peers and leaders at various levels in a dynamic, changing environment: ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Effective relationship builder capable of engaging with stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority
Open and honest but tactful and respectful in communications style and approach – internally and externally
Emotional maturity and demonstrated confidence
Highly resourceful team-player and collaborator
Scrum Master certification (preferable)
Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
