Experience & Skills:
10+ years’ experience in project or programme management, could have previous portfolio experience.
Hands on experience in leading medium to large scale projects, may be global or regional in scope.
Experience & understanding of entire system development lifecycle (requirements through to deployment).
Proven track record in directing and leading others, coordinating activities and providing encouragement and inspiration to help others succeed.
Demonstrate ability to define, scope and manage bounded areas of project work while supporting business and program management staff.
Experience in Scaled Agile Framework implementation/delivery.
Excellent written and oral communication skill.
Ability to prioritize effectively and work with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Patient, persistent, optimistic, self-motivated and determined; results driven and goal oriented.
Ability to challenge the status quo, influence and build structure from ambiguity.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrates ability to manage risk and complexity of projects associated with projects requiring 10s of FTE (equivalent of full-time) staff, in multiple locations and project durations.
Deliver projects to support LSEG ability to achieve revenue targets in customer segments.
