For a public sector client, we are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for supporting the team in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Salary : up to 100 PLN/h net + VAT

Employment Type : contract of employment, B2B

Work Model : remote/hybrid

Location : Poland, Warsaw

Recruitment Process

1. Stage 1: phone call with {skills} matter recruiter (15-30 min)
2. Stage 2: online technical interview (1 h)
3. Stage 3: technical interview (1h) + decision

Your Daily Tasks

• Responsible for implementing and promoting Scrum within the project and at the organizational level, ensuring that Scrum is understood and applied within the development team.
• Organizing and leading the teams work.
• Executing project tasks with the development team according to project requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting the teams progress.
• Identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting them to management.
• Verifying the accuracy of time estimations made by the development team.
• Participating in the creation of work schedules.
• Ability to plan team work, create schedules, and monitor progress.
• Ability to report on progress.
• At least 3 years of experience working in an agile environment in the role of Scrum Master, confirmed by 3 reference contacts.
• Experience in managing projects with distributed teams.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and report them to higher management.
• Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Agile/SCRUM).
• Good understanding of project management concepts.
