responsibilities :
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple Scrum teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Remove impediments and support the teams in delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles while tailoring best practices to fit the organization’s needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
Promote transparency and Agile best practices across the organization.
Drive continuous learning and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
