responsibilities :
Shape the project approach by securing stakeholder alignment on plans, commitments, and changes.
Facilitate proactive delivery by managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and budgets across teams.
Collaborate closely with Technology and Product Owners to optimize backlog management and team productivity.
Ensure alignment with broader programs and strategic change portfolio, guiding project milestones.
Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management with actionable recommendations.
Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, maintaining team focus and momentum.
Remove obstacles and streamline workflows for efficient delivery, eliminating unnecessary bottlenecks.
Support planning, monitoring, and accountability processes with stakeholders and teams.
Coach teams and organization in Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
Tailor and enhance development processes to meet the specific needs of each project, fostering innovation.
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience delivering implementation projects, especially regulatory initiatives.
Strong skills in breaking down complex processes and requirements into understandable tasks.
Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership, and deliver results from start to finish.
A solid background in business process improvement and IT change management.
Customer-focused mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Ability to propose practical solutions and negotiate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and bridging with waterfall practices when needed.
Excellent relationship management skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on user support experience.
Proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable delivery approach.
Good knowledge of general payment processes.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira to support project delivery.
