responsibilities :

Overseeing the application development process from planning to deployment, ensuring smooth transitions between phases (design, development, testing, and deployment) by following the Road Map defined by the Product Owner
Acting as the liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and the Product Owner, ensuring expectations are met and keeping everyone informed on progress by maintaining transparency regarding timelines and challenges
Collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and fixes into the release. Coordinating testing activities to ensure they meet business requirements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Organizing and moderating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the development team aligned and productive
Identifying and addressing any impediments or blockers that hinder the team’s progress in delivering the IT application
Fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment where the team works effectively and remains focused on sprint goals
Ensuring that the change management framework is followed
Identifying opportunities to enhance the development process

requirements-expected :

Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Very good English language skills – allowing seamless communication
Preferred professional experience in the IT industry
At least 2 years of experience in the Scrum Master role
Ability to manage own time and timely execution of assigned tasks
Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSP) is a plus
Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
