We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile methodologies and have a proven track record of facilitating successful product development cycles, particularly within the MedTech and Deep tech environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards of quality.
responsibilities :
Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and communication.
Coach Team Members: Educate and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to promote continuous improvement and high performance.
Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and address any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and setting sprint goals.
Monitor Project Metrics: Track team performance metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and dependencies through regular updates and reports.
Promote Agile Culture: Advocate for Agile values and principles within the organization, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and adaptability.
Ensure Compliance: Work with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure that all deliverables meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

Education: Masters degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field.
Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or technology environment.
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, and experience applying them in complex projects.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira / Confluence, or Trello.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Medtechproduct development processes, regulatory considerations, and quality standards.
Language skills: English at an upper intermediate level or above.
