For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will work with the Loan IQ team, a system used to support lending products for corporate customers. Loan IQ is a strategic application within the hub for Complex & Structured Corporate Loans. The team is located mainly in the Tricity area

We expect Scrum master to help to ensure progress, predictability and quality. Teams are a mix of internals and externals. SM is to work closely with Product Owner and the team to perform: planning, follow up, delivery, impediment handling, continuous Improvement.

SM supports the Technology Product Lead (TPL) which is an RTE with responsibility also for RUN the Bank in managing the Hub, and implementation of Ways of Working and tools.

• Preferably working as Scrum Master minimum of 3-5 years
• Team player
• Excellent communicator
• The drive to succeed through others
• Coaching approach
• Experience working Agile, Safe, software development, SDLC
• Relevant certification an advantage
• Fluent in English
• LIQ - nice to have
