Take on challenging tasks

1. You will be responsible for operative group processes in SCM (checking invoices, order confirmations, long-term supplier declarations, material compliance).
2. Optimization of processes and creation of standards.
3. Development of efficient and target-oriented structures.
4. You will participate in the development of people regarding performance and professional skills.
5. Responsibility for KPIs, SLAs, performance reporting, and quality checks.
6. University degree in business administration, sourcing, supply chain management, finance, or comparable qualification.
7. Experience in team management.
8. You have relevant experience in administrative processes.
9. You speak very good German or English; the second one at a communicative level.
10. You are process-oriented and have the ability to create procedures and optimize processes.
11. You are overall efficiency-focused.
12. You focus on customer service, take ownership, and have an entrepreneurial-driven mindset.
