SCM Business Analyst is responsible for the process areas of Sourcing and Quality. The BA is a key contact person for key users and local management during the project and a change agent for the implementation of our template processes, ensuring the successful outcome of the projects.

Main tasks:

• Maintaining and protecting the SAP-SCM template through global roll-ins, parallel, and subsequent projects. Improving process development worldwide and harmonizing the template.
• Translating business processes into the system and providing process and template guidance.
• Evaluating newly identified business processes in coordination with the business responsible.
• Working closely with the central SAP Solution Architects and Product Owners within these areas.
• Specifying, designing, and testing new or changed functionalities.
• Creating and maintaining high-quality process documentation, requirement definitions, training materials, and test cases to help assure global implementation continuity.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3 years of working experience in business transformation programs in the SCM area.
• Solid background in Sourcing processes in SAP.
• Fluency in English (min. C1).
• Self-driven and communicative team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
