Execute routine biochemical and cell-based screening in 384- and 1536-well formats
Prepare reagents, plates, controls and other assay components required for HTS campaigns.
Convert assays into HTS format, including miniaturization to 384-well and 1536-well format.
Perform plate QC checks, monitor assay performance, and ensure compliance with HTS quality criteria (Z’, %CV, S/B, drift).
Contribute to assay design and implementation of the key in vitro pharmacology experiments for low-throughput compound profiling (efficacy, selectivity, mechanism of action).
Perform HT screens and hit identification.
Perform statistical analysis, reporting, and critical data evaluation to support internal drug discovery projects.
Maintain high standards of documentation in the electronic lab notebook.
Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are performed according to industry-leading scientific and ethical standards and accurately documented in the lab electronic notebook (ELN) system.
Good knowledge of flow cytometry will be an advantage.
