Your Role as School Director

• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring excellence in both academics and business performance.
• Inspire and manage a dynamic team, creating a motivating and inclusive environment.
• Drive enrollment and retention by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with families and local communities to promote our mission and values.
• Ensure the successful application of the Kids&Us methodology, delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in education, sales, or team management (e.g., School Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager).
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with parents, staff, and students.
• Fluency in English (Advanced level).
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children and staff.
