SCCM Administrator – Warsaw & Gdansk, Poland

Location: Warsaw & Gdansk, Poland

Tasks

• Daily support of the SCCM environment including resolving Incident, Service Request, Change tickets and DR tests as required.
• Scripting using PowerShell or equivalent tools, along with understanding of Microsoft APIs and tool integration.
• Delivery optimization using BranchCache (Distributed Cache and Hosted Cache) design principles (especially with Windows 10).
• Troubleshoot and mitigate complex WAN issues related to patch replication and deployment.

Requirements

• Understanding of SCCM architecture, including configuration files.
• Advanced skill set and enterprise experience across various Microsoft device management technologies, including architecture in SCCM, EMS/Intune, and Azure.
• Extensive architecture and engineering experience of device management (desktop and server) with SCCM in a large corporate enterprise.
• Deep understanding of SCCM components, roles, interactions, and system dependencies.
• Experience designing and supporting large‑scale (global and regional) OS patch operations.
• Knowledge of security best practices and policies for designing highly secure cloud architectures.
• SQL knowledge related to the design of the SCCM database and reporting services (SSRS).
• Proven track record in core skills for Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions, focusing on customer, project and client deliverables.
• Strong understanding of the mechanics and processes for developing end‑to‑end provisioning processes in SCCM, including imaging, software deployment, and patching.
• Knowledge of standard ITIL processes such as lifecycle management and ITSM.
• Fundamental understanding of network concepts including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, and both business and technical communities.
• Good customer connection and experience working directly with customers.
