Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).
responsibilities :
Developing and maintaining software for the OTC platform
Covering your code with tests on all levels of the delivery pipeline, preferably in TDD
Taking end-to-end responsibility for your software
Attending daily Agile routines with the team
Collaborating with developers from other domains to enhance the platform
Implementing solutions using Scala, Akka, and ZIO
Working with SQL databases and integrating with other systems
Using Git for version control and contributing to CI/CD pipelines
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of professional experience in Scala
At least 5 years of overall experience in IT development
Experience working with Akka, ZIO, and SQL
Hands-on experience in a Linux environment
Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
Good English skills for daily communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in an Agile and DevSecOps-oriented environment
Experience with Git and testing frameworks like ScalaTest
Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members
