responsibilities :
You’ll be responsible for improving scalability and performance of a distributed ledger system. This includes going deep into the application code, JVM internals, database queries, server configuration and much more. Previous performance-related work is a great plus.
requirements-expected :
Strong proficiency in Scala and its ecosystem, or extensive experience with low-level JVM internals and high-performance Java development.
Deep understanding of performance optimization.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing technical excellence with real-world constraints.
Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
Good command of English (B2/C1).
