Must-haves in the technology stack:

• At least 2 years of Scala experience
• At least 3 years of programming experience
• Experience with Akka (Actors, Streams, Http), Cats, Cats Effect, SQL DBs, Docker

• Excellent communication skills, so you can communicate well with the technical team and our clients.
• Advanced level English, as youll be working with international teams.
• A proactive approach, can-do attitude, growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and being a real team player.
• Independence in your tasks and decisions while keeping the rest of the team in mind.

Compensation:

10,000 to 24,000 PLN net/month on B2B (or equivalent currency in USD/EUR). The compensation will depend on your experience and skill set, with opportunities for growth as you develop. You can expect regular, open discussions to ensure transparency. For candidates in Poland, an employment contract option is also available.

The recruitment process:

• Discovery talk with HR (about an hour).
• Technical talk with our developer (about an hour).
• Call with the client (about an hour)
• Final talk with CEO (about 30 min.).
