What’s The Role
This role is a 12-month fixed-term position, supporting the Americas region with an expected shift schedule from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM CET.
The global Source to Pay (S2P) Operations team supports the S2P process for all $42Bln Third Party Spend per year across more than 22,000 suppliers, ensuring efficient and effective execution of purchase orders and related processes. The organisation will oversee the end-to-end S2P process, including the creation, review, and approval of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, pricing, and delivery requirements, including expediting deliveries. Collaboration and integration are key aspects of this role, including working closely with business stakeholders, finance, accounts payable, and suppliers to facilitate a smooth purchasing process and ensure timely payments to vendors. The team will look to standardise and optimise the source-to-pay process, as well as identify opportunities to maximize the use of ERP automation capabilities and consolidate all transactional processing into CP Operations. Ensuring compliance with all Ethics & Compliance and Shell Control Framework requirements in the CP process is essential. This role will foster relationships with internal and external partners to drive value and efficiency in procurement practices, including Accounts Payable, Technical Asset and Support, etc.
Employees working on shift system are entitled to an extra pay of 30% of their daily base salary for each day of work on afternoon shift.
