To do this, we work closely with our customers: from production and logistics to research and sales, all the way to component testing, design consulting and simulation.
responsibilities :
Manage and analyze large datasets from ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP).
Create simulation and optimization tools to support strategic planning processes in the area of supply chain.
Monitor key metrics to ensure optimal decision-making in operational daily business.
Identify process improvement opportunities within the SC organization.
Take comprehensive responsibility for the development of SC team targets.
Support and develop the SC team in all data-related and AI topics.
Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and lead time prediction.
Apply machine learning techniques (e.g., anomaly detection, planning data analysis) to large datasets to address supply chain challenges.
Lead or co-lead SC digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Build automated data pipelines using Python, SQL or similar tools.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or related fields
Familiarity with Supply Chain Planning, OTC, OTI and Execution Systems
Proficient in the relevant IT applications e.g., SAP R/3 & S4/Hana – SD, web applications (e.g., CRM tools and SCM tools), e-commerce solutions
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and machine learning libraries
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Excellent analytical & data skills
Fluent English and German
