In our Identity and Access Management team, we embrace challenges and support clients by designing, building, and optimizing identity and access management solutions, whether based on local on-prem infrastructure or cloud PaaS, implemented in cascade or agile methodologies. We collaborate with leading security solution manufacturers and bridge the gap between business and technical departments, including client management.

THE WORK:

• Gather business and functional requirements from clients regarding IGA/IAM.
• Design and implement access role models and entitlements.
• Develop and improve identity management processes, such as identity lifecycle, access requests, and privilege audits.
• Drive innovative IAM solutions on-prem and in the cloud.
• Address future cybersecurity trends while ensuring security best practices.

Work Location: The role may involve remote work, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office, depending on project needs. We promote flexibility to support your work/life balance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of IAM topics (directory services, identity lifecycle, privilege management, PAM) and IAM tools/systems.
• Experience with Saviynt technology.
• IMI certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (at least B2).
• Technical skills in Java (Beanshell), VBA, .Net, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, PowerShell, Linux, Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) as needed for client solutions.
