In the Identity and Access Management team, we are not afraid of challenges, and we support our clients comprehensively by, among other things, designing, building and optimizing processes and implementing the most important solutions in the area of identity and access management (whether based on local on-prem infrastructure or provided from the cloud PaaS; implemented in a cascade model or based on agile methodologies). On a day-to-day basis, we cooperate with manufacturers of leading security solutions. Our team bridges the gap between specialized business and technical departments and client-side management.

THE WORK:

  • Gather business and functional requirements from clients in the IGA/IAM area.
  • Design and implement access role models and associated entitlements.
  • Develop and enhance business processes for identity management (e.g., identity lifecycle management, access requests, privilege audits).
  • Drive and execute leading-edge and innovative IAM solutions, both on-prem and cloud-based.
  • Embrace new opportunities in cyber-security, addressing future trends among global market leaders while ensuring robust security practices.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Working in our team requires knowledge of Identity and Access Management topics (e.g. directory services, identity lifecycle, processes for granting and revoking privileges, privileged access PAM) and Identity Management tools/systems.
  • Knowledge of Saviynt technology.
  • Any Identity Management Institute | IMI certification.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least B2 level), as we carry out projects for both Polish and international clients.
  • In the course of your work, when adapting processes and tools to customer requirements, you will need (depending on the solution used) selected technical skills and experience in Java (Beanshell) / VBA / .Net / SQL / LDAP / Active Directory / PowerShell / Linux / Azure-GCP-AWS cloud platforms, among others.
