We are looking for you, if you:


  • Love to deep dive technology, searching for root causes of issues and come up with structural solutions,
  • Have experience with SAS architecture,
  • Have experience building solutions in SAS Data Integration Studio,
  • Have experience with environment administration,
  • Have experience with SAS reporting (SAS Studio and/or SAS Visual Analytics),
  • Have experience with scripting languages and automation of manual activities (testing, deployment),
  • Have great English communication skills, verbal as well as written,
  • Are self-driven and independent,
  • Have head full of ideas that you want to implement,
  • Have out of the box thinking and strong problem solving sills,
  • Have ability to see the bigger picture,
  • Are a team player, persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn.


English level - B2.


Youll get extra points for:


  • Experience with Oracle,
  • SAS Viya knowledge,
  • Knowledge of object storage,
  • Knowledge in Credit Risk related topics,
  • Statistical or mathematical background,
  • Python development experience,
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing with the ability to apply it in the context of IT operations.


Your responsibilities:


  • Designing and builking ETL in SAS DI,
  • Designing tools in SAS,
  • Architectural improvements,
  • Extend capabilities of Viya platform,
  • Provide high level as well as low level design for tools & solutions.


Information about the squad:


Within COO Risk and Finance, the objective of the Management Reporting & Analytics (MRA) department is to automate, standardize, and visualize risk data needed for various internal and regulatory stakeholders by providing fit-for-purpose data marts and reports.

In the MRA department, the Model Tooling Factory (MTF) squad focuses on delivering robust and scalable tools and platforms to support the entire lifecycle of risk models. The squad is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing tools and processes for risk model monitoring, validation and development.

As a member of the MTF squad, your role is critical in ensuring the effective implementation and automation of risk model management processes. 

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer IV”.
