Join a project for a client in the insurance industry, focused on the maintenance and development of the SAS CI360 platform in the CRM and mobile application area.

Your roles and responsibilites

• Analyzing configuration and recommending changes in SAS CI360 (including integration with the mobile application)
• Analyzing root causes and creating Proof of Concept (PoC) for flickering elimination
• Strengthening the CI360 solution in the context of event loss
• Testing implemented solutions
• Supporting users and resolving operational issues with the application
• Collaborating with IT teams and external vendors
• Reporting, analyzing extraordinary situations, and liaising with external support

What we expect

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing and testing CRM or SAS systems
• Knowledge of system and test analysis
• Experience with SAS 9.4, SAS CI360, and SAS Viya
• Practical experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Kafka and SDK
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Liquibase, JIRA)
• Experience in test process automation
• Analytical thinking, communication skills, accuracy, independence, and the ability to work in a team
• Very good command of English (minimum B2) for reading and writing documentation

We will invite you for a phone interview, followed by a technical interview, which takes place remotely. A project qualification stage is also possible, where we can ask you to attend a client meeting or coding session.

The interview takes place remotely and lasts about an hour. You will meet with a recruiter and one or two technical leaders who will verify your technical knowledge and ask you to solve recruitment tasks.

We always try to accommodate your needs. Most often we make appointments in the morning (8:00-9:00) or afternoon (15:00-16:00).
