About the project

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. You will join a team of campaign analysts supporting communication activities using SAS tools. Your main responsibility will be to implement and maintain new marketing campaigns within the SAS environment, as well as to collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data consistency and the effectiveness of analytical processes.

Location: Poznań/Warszawa - with hybrid work model

Your responsibilities

Creating, configuring, and maintaining campaigns in SAS tools
Analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements
Collaborating with marketing, IT, and data analytics teams on rebranding projects
Monitoring the accuracy and performance of campaigns and data quality
Preparing reports and analyses on campaign effectiveness
Participating in project meetings conducted in the Agile methodology
Optimizing campaign processes based on analytical results

Our requirements

Have experience as a Business Analyst or Campaign Analyst
Possess advanced knowledge of SAS tools (SAS CI, SAS EG)
Are familiar with Agile methodology
Can analyze data and draw business insights
Communicate effectively with various project stakeholders
Are well-organized and able to work independently
Have a good command of English sufficient to work with technical documentation

Optional

Experience in the financial or banking sector
Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of CRM systems or marketing campaigns
Experience working with large data sets
Interest in process automation and analytical innovation
