Your responsibilities
SAP Projects (40%) - Engage in releases, rollouts, and implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and solution governance.
Solution Governance (20%) - Maintain solution consistency, assess the impact of new requests, and contribute to Design Authority processes while supporting change management activities.
Team Leadership (20%) - Manage a small team delivering functionality across Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics domains.
Operational Support (10%) - Provide L3 support for live system environments across multiple countries.
Continuous Improvement (10%) - Monitor industry trends, recommend innovative solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance business capabilities and organizational growth.
Solution Architecture - Lead the design of complex solutions, ensuring they are aligned with organizational needs and standards; establish strategy for architecture components and oversee consistency across projects.
Requirements Management - Define, scope, and prioritize requirements using either predictive or agile approaches; validate and baseline requirements and ensure traceability.
Systems Design - Create designs for large-scale or complex systems, evaluate trade-offs, assess risks, and review designs to optimize performance and integration.
Data Design & Modelling - Analyze organizational data needs, design structures, and provide guidance on database usage and quality assurance.
Service Acceptance - Validate deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
Expert Advisory - Provide thought leadership in specialist areas, mentor teams, and maintain networks of internal and external experts to support future organizational needs.
Employer requirements
Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, including global or multi-country rollouts.
At least 6 years of SAP experience in international environments.
Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, including global or multi-country rollouts.
In-depth knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse processes, inventory management, physical/cycle counts, and handling of batch/sterile products.
Proven track record in cross-functional solution governance and end-to-end process management.
Strong background in SAP ECC6 EHP-7 (or later); HANA experience preferred.
Familiarity with SAP WM, IM, MM and integrations with SD, PP, and FI/CO modules.
Project delivery experience, including enhancements and small-scale initiatives.
People management experience, leading direct reports and small project teams.
Vendor management experience.
Willingness to 10-25% Up to 50% for key project activities
