Your responsibilities
- Designing, configuring, and supporting SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
- Working closely with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) to ensure seamless invoice processing and posting
- Implementing and optimizing E-invoicing solutions across various European countries
- Integrating SAP VIM with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and SAP Ariba
- Configuring and supporting OpenText OCR technologies (ICC/BCC, IC4SAP, CC4SAP)
- Automating Accounts Payable processes, including Smart Coding, workflow optimization and reporting improvements
- Gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Leading and facilitating Accounts Payable workshops with client subject-matter experts
- Supporting project documentation, planning, and coordination using standard project management tools
- Collaborating with client teams and participating in onsite work and occasional travel when required
Our requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, with a clear focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
- Hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
- Proven experience in SAP VIM system configuration
- Extensive experience delivering E-invoicing solutions in a multi-country European environment
- Strong expertise in OpenText OCR solutions (ICC/BCC, IC4SAP, CC4SAP)
- Demonstrated success in business process automation within Accounts Payable
- Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and standard project management tools
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business users
- Willingness to work from the office and travel occasionally, depending on project needs
Optional
- Experience working in international or Nordic projects
- Previous consulting experience in large SAP transformation or rollout programs
- Exposure to additional SAP solutions beyond FI and VIM

Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services or in accordance with data processing agreements, to entities authorized under the law, as well as to entities collaborating with the Company within the scope of job placement, in order to conduct recruitment processes. Submission of the candidate’s personal data within the scope under Art. 221 of the Labor Code is obligatory for participation in the recruitment process. Submission of other data by the candidate is voluntary. No submission of personal data within the required scope or objection to the processing of
such data shall result in lack of possibility to include the Application in the recruitment processes conducted by the Company.
The candidate has the right to access and rectify the contents of their data, remove such data, limit its processing, transfer such data, submit objection to the processing and revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted under such consent before it was
withdrawn. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
