responsibilities :
Collaborate with the SAP TM (Transportation Management) team to provide high-quality consulting services for international clients, focusing on both support and implementation projects
Analyze and resolve tickets submitted by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Propose, design, and implement new functionalities based on business requirements and client needs
Create and maintain key project documentation, including solution designs, business process descriptions, and technical specifications for developers
Ensure regular communication with clients and active participation in project coordination
requirements-expected :
Hands-on experience in support or implementation projects within the SAP TM module
General knowledge of other SAP logistics modules
Fluent German is a must (validated by the client); English is at a communicative level.
A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Logistics)
