What we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of experience with a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/environment supporting core business functions with focus on cloud solutions and SAP systems
• Min. 3 years in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements
• Experience with SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting
• Experience with SAP implementation, customization, and configuration
• Capability to organize transition of technological solution design into operational Service Management
• High level understanding of Disaster Recovery and IT continuity management concepts and practical appliances
• Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
• A deep understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA
• Good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Good understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite Services
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

As the SAP Technology Specialist you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP landscape. You ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP systems. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules, best practices, and the ability to coordinate a work of internal experts and external providers.

On this position you will work in a dynamic IT environment, collaborating with various IT teams and business stakeholders. You will be involved in managing and optimizing the SAP landscape to meet business requirements efficiently.

This role will require occasional after-hours or weekend work to perform system maintenance and support activities.

Tasks:

• Managing SAP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Ensuring that the SAP systems meet the organizations requirements and industry standards
• Managing relationships with vendors, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and issue resolution
• Lead the implementation of new SAP modules, functionalities and upgrades
• Developing and implementing an IT strategy for SAP systems aligned with the overall organizational objectives
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP systems and related applications
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and usability of SAP systems
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Close follow-up of technological evolutions with regards to on-prem, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments
