What will you do?

2nd level support and work on incident, request and problem tickets. Take part in major incident conferences, major problem conferences and other meetings with customers.

Responsibilities

• SAP analysis and monitoring jobs
• Use of the SAP Business Partner concept (ZGP)
• Interface lifecycle management
• Cooperation with a client from the automotive industry; service and support of 18 applications in the area
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management
• Business Partner (ZGP)
• Cash Management
• Liquidity
• Contract management
• Daily monitoring, error detection, analysis, solution or transfer to other supporting groups
• Ensure compliance with the SLA
• Collaborate with Project Team and Customer
• Be part of the SAP FI/CO team for a German client

Qualifications / Skills

• Practical knowledge of SAP transactions SM37, SM12, SM13, SXMB_MONI
• Experience with SAP processing and monitoring jobs
• Understanding and use of the SAP Business Partner concept (ZGP)
• Experience in managing the life cycle of interfaces
• Proficiency in English at C1 level; knowledge of German is a significant advantage
• Good interpersonal skills; team-oriented, open to cooperation and knowledge sharing
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience with ITSM and other ticketing tools
