Provide SAP Basis support working with Developers, Key Users, Team Leads and System Owners to ensure system availability and system performance meet or exceed established levels of service
Work with System Owners to plan and schedule maintenance tasks such as reorganizations, kernel updates, support pack updates, DB (Oracle / HANA) updates, system restarts, etc.
Setup and Monitoring of Basis Jobs in assigned systems, perform troubleshooting activities whenever necessary to resolve any Basis related system problems in a timely manner
Participate in on-call duty rotation, providing off hours on-call support as required during scheduled on-call times
requirements-expected :
University/College degree in Information Technology/ Engineering/Economics
3-5+ years relevant experience, In-depth knowledge in the areas of SAP System Administration, operating systems (Windows & Linux), databases (HANA, Oracle & MaxDB) and cloud (AWS or SAP RISE on Azure)
Advanced English knowledge
Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Self-responsibility, result orientation, effective time and task management
