What youll do

SAPs Intelligent Enterprise Solutions organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Talent & Learning IT product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Work on Talent & Learning deliverables that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmap
2. Refine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
3. Work on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery
4. Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
5. Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
6. Help improve our agile ways of working
7. Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience

What you bring

1. 3+ years of work experience
2. Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
3. Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
4. Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
5. Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions & technology
6. Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
7. Experience with implementation & enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module
8. Hands-on experience: Integration with other modules (e.g. EC), RBPs, APIs, Report Center, Plateau Report Designer
