SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant - Employee Central Employee Time with Compensation

Right now, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in the EMEA region.

The opportunity

You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from the Human Resources area including SuccessFactors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on-premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approaches, and deal with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will also be to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in the Human Capital area.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews of chosen processes as well as in the coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 4+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
• SAP SF EC, PMGM, LMS or COMP certificate.
• SAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset.
• Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in Global organizations.
• Ability to translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with Best Practices.
• Hands-on experience with all the Data Models and knowledge of XML.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
• Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules, and workflows.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation.
• Higher Education Degree.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• German or other language knowledge.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
