SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central

We are looking for an experienced individual for the position of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central. Joining our team, you will play a key role in the implementation of HR solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors for an international organization in the construction industry. The project includes HR process analysis, system configuration, collaboration with the global implementation team, and business user support during all phases of implementation.

Your tasks

• Analysis of HR business requirements and their translation into solutions in SAP SuccessFactors
• Configuration and development of the Employee Central module
• Participation in project work related to system implementation
• Providing substantive support to HR and IT teams in the area of HR processes
• Cooperation with the project team and the client, including participation in meetings, workshops and solution reviews
• Participation in functional testing and preparation of documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands‑off configuration of Employee Central
• Knowledge of HR processes and how they are reflected in SuccessFactors
• Experience in implementation projects and/or leading rollouts
• Fluency in English
• Residence in Poland required
