SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central

Join with Sii Poland to apply for the role of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central. We are looking for an experienced professional to play a key role in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for an international construction organization. The project includes analysis of HR processes, system configuration, collaboration with the global implementation team, and support of business users throughout all stages of implementation.

Your tasks

• Analysis of HR business requirements and translating them into solutions in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configuration and development of the Employee Central module.
• Participation in project work related to system implementation.
• Providing substantial support to HR and IT teams in HR processes.
• Cooperation with the project team and the client, including meetings, workshops and solution reviews.
• Participation in functional testing and preparation of documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands‑on configuration of Employee Central.
• Knowledge of HR processes and how they are reflected in SuccessFactors.
• Experience in implementation projects and/or leading rollouts.
• Fluency in English.
• Residency in Poland required.
