Your Contribution

1. Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment
2. Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
3. Solution design, customization, implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
4. Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or Add-On’s
5. Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects

Your Experience & Qualifications

1. Around 3 years of experience in advising and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
2. Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education
3. Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)
4. Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors as a platform
5. SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial
6. Ability to work on own initiative, in a team environment
7. Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system
