Your new company 

For our Client, international automotive company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Your new role 

Holding the role of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and refining business processes to enhance the current operational environment.
• Deploying and maintaining SuccessFactors Cloud application modules, specifically Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding 2.0.
• Designing, customizing, implementing, and rolling out solutions to various global plants and locations, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Strategically developing the cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and add-ons.
• Managing IT HCM projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and integration with other IT initiatives.

What you39ll need to succeed 

To be a successful candidate, you should possess the following skills:

• Around 3 years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (including consulting and implementing experience)
• A degree in Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in IT project management, including planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors as a platform.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and comprehend the business impact of IT systems.
