• A successful SAP SuccessFactors Consultant should have:
• Proficiency in managing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Compensation module
• At least 1 full implementation cycle in SAP SuccessFactors
• Good project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
