We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant, individual in this role will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of HR processes, including Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Central, as well as the integration of SAP systems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience working with SuccessFactors modules—specifically Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Central (familiarity with additional modules is a plus).
- Experience with SAP HCM is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as Integration Center, CPI, and API.
- Certifications in relevant SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
