Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors in the relevant modules.
Extensive and in-depth development knowledge in the Compensation SF Module.
Interface configuration from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP R/3.
Good understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices.
