The role focuses on the SAP S/4HANA Social Services Management component tailored for the public sector, supporting the comprehensive online processing of benefit applications. This position involves functional responsibilities including workflow definition and configuration to meet platform requirements.

Collect and analyse requirements for the funding platform related to social services management.
Define and potentially configure workflows within the SAP SSM component to support efficient processing of social services benefits.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of functional needs.
Provide guidance and support throughout the implementation phases of SAP SSM solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA Social Services Management (SSM) within the public sector.
Strong functional knowledge of workflow design and configuration in SAP SSM.
Fluent command of the German language, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
