We are looking for a SAP Specialist, Support Engineer for Logistics (SD & MM) who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Location: Remote or Warsaw (hybrid)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Provide daily support and maintenance for the SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring seamless operation and integration.
• Configure, implement, and enhance SAP SD and MM functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP SD and MM solutions.
• Perform system testing and validation of SAP SD and MM changes and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD and MM processes, customizing, and training materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP BASIS, FICO, SCM, and other modules for integrated support and project implementations.
• Stay current with SAP SD and MM updates, functionalities, and best practices to constantly improve and optimize module performance.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP ALM Support Engineer with a focus on the SD and MM modules in S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and MM customizing, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SAP SD and MM-related issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certifications in SD and/or MM are desirable.
